ios App not working suddenly

What is going on? I see a bunch of people reporting the same issues. My app suddenly stopped working, and my cameras all disconnected. I can't log into the app - says "connection error try again later." I can't reconnect the cameras without the app. I am dead in the water here and paying for a service that I'm unable to use?? It's too late to call customer support. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Please help!!!

We sincerely apologize. Yes, our servers experienced an issue last night that affected both the app and the cameras. However, our engineers have since resolved that issue, so you should no longer be having trouble.
