Have two separate logins for one system?
I would like to know if you can have two separate app logins to one system? That way there is myself the male homeowner and female homeowner? If so how do you do it. We tried to do it with the same serial number and the system said the system was already active.

@marcjdaniel Currently, our mobile app only supports a single-user login; but as MattR768 mentioned, a feature for multi-user accounts is currently in development and it set to be released this spring! When this feature is ready to roll out, we will provide an update in this thread.
In the meantime, you would need to share your login credentials with anyone you want to have access to your SimpliSafe account. When doing this, we also recommend setting up Multi-Factor Authentication so you can register multiple phone numbers to your system. By doing this, whenever someone tries to log into your account a confirmation code will be sent to their phone. You can learn more about Multi-Factor Authentication and how to enable it in this Help Center article.

According to a different thread, multi-user login is unavailable at this time, but a feature that should be pushed out this spring 2024.

Thank you, I look forward to the update! In the meantime I used the Multi-factor access.

Just installed this system - super easy! But a little concerned I can't get my wife running the app as well. A year removed from "coming soon"....when is soon?

I have same concern as other users. "Just installed this system - super easy! But a little concerned I can't get my wife running the app as well. A year removed from "coming soon"....when is soon?" I would like to also setup my wife.

It's spring 2025....any update? If a highly anticipated feature is delayed by a year, it would be nice to update your customers...
