Gifted System

I have purchased a system for my daughter for Christmas, and now I cannot log into my account without activating her new system, which I do not want to do. The software momentarily shows me my home,page,  but then always goes to the activation page. Customer support has not been helpful. Any ideas on how to get it off my account?  Should I register it in her name, and then try to transfer?

@roncali speaking with experience on this one, I too gifted a system to my daughter and son-in-law as a house warming present. Save yourself time and hassle and pick up the phone and call SS support, select the option for customer service. The SS agent must move your daughter's system to her own account from yours, and that can only be done on SS's side.

@captain11​ thanks for that. I did call them, but they couldn’t see her system on their end. Going to try calling again Monday. I ended up registering the system in her name and now it shows on my Home Screen. Hopefully, they can see it now, too, and do as you suggest. Happy Holidays to you and yours, as well!
