door bell
how do i get my doorbell to ring louder at the base and i want to use my expensive doorbell but for some reason the system is not compatible according to the person i called at simplesafe. they said i needed a mechanical doorbell vs an electronic doorbell. i went to lowes and they had no idea what i was talking about.

The Video Doorbell Pro is only compatible with analog/wired doorbells, and it does require a mechanical chime box—digital chime boxes are not supported.
By default the Base Station's doorbell chime to set to Medium, but you can make it louder in the SimpliSafe mobile app. Navigate to Menu > My System > Camera Settings > select [your Video Doorbell] > Chime Volume > slide the bar to High > tap Save in the upper right corner.
