If I have this right, your Video Doorbell Pro is detecting cars even when it's set to People Only mode?
It may help to toggle the People Only setting off, save this change, and then turn it back on again. It could also help to reset the Video Doorbell Pro by pressing and holding the button on the back of the camera for 30 seconds. Once you release the button, you will be prompted to set it up again in the SimpliSafe mobile app.
