Hi @urbanman185 ,

It would depend on what settings you're looking for. But in the Menu on the left, you should see My System, and from there you can find General Settings, Device Settings, Camera Settings, and Arming Reminders.

I tried to just set up a new account but it wont let me do that either

on the home screen it gives me these options  account settings, app settings, plan and billing, add a device or camera, install a new system, learning center, help and support, then shop products, get 200, simplysafe beta

when i click the gear it gives what i already said it showed, there is no way for me to delete the old keypad
