Hi @simongrant,
As Captain11 said, you can disable the App Lock Pin in the SimpliSafe mobile app by going to Menu > App Settings > Configure App Lock > Remove App Lock Pin.
These steps are the same on both the iOS and Android app.

@simongrant Sure is a way. Open the app, tap on the upper right "hamburger" menu, select "App settings", then "configure App Lock" and on the bottom of the screen in red is "Remove Lock Pin"
Please note this is on the Android app but I am confident it is the same as the iOS version too.
