App arming system on it's own
SS3 Is being armed in home mode by the SimpliSafe app. App is doing this on it's own. Had this happen a couple years ago and was sent a new base station that ended up getting stolen off porch. Problem went away on it's own but is now apparently back. Has self armed in home mode twice this morning.

That is extremely strange. Since you mention having this issue before, I'll be requesting a ticket with our Specialist team to investigate deeper.
