Alexa is saying unable to arm system. I have interactive serviced. Help

@remigooden While you have the right plan, did you remember to link your echo account to Simplisafe. You can easily do it at the website after logging in, or in the app. If unsure how, call SS support and have them walk you through it.

Captain is correct! You do have the right plan, and it's important to link your SimpliSafe system to the Alexa. To do so, follow these steps:
Log into the Alexa app > go to the "skills" tab > search for "SimpliSafe" and click "Enable" > Allow Alexa to access your SimpliSafe system
