Hi @slhart22 ,
Right now, SimpliSafe is designed as a single-account experience. So unfortunately you aren't able to add another user to access your system.
But you can log into your account on multiple devices with the same login info; so if you have multiple family members you'd like to access your account, they can log into the account using the same username and password.
Here's more info on our Help Center.

This should be a no-brainer, especially with MFA getting in the way. You only have one phone number to make such multifactor authentications and keep everyone's password current under one account....

I use Abode at my business ( and not because they are faultless. It was, at the time, the only one supported by Home Assistant automation. Their camera integration sucks, I use arlo for that, and zwave locks for HA control).
But I decided to try SimplySafe for a house we bought to renovate for an AirBnB. I read somewhere that simplysafe integrated automatically with AirBnB for guest codes. I haven't tried it yet, still in renovation mode.
But this BS with allowing only 4 PIN codes just won't work. I want to know whose code is used and at what time (i.e. plumber, electrician, cabinet dude, hvac, etc. ).

I've never heard of such a thing and there's no mention of it on either the AIrBnB or SimpliSafe support sites. I don't think such a thing exists but one of the community managers can confirm/deny this.

For people who are looking to give users ACCESS to your account, the proper way to look this up is Manage PINs. You can find where you have to do this under "location profile" in the main screen.
This is SOOO unintuitive to me. I looked under My System, Manage My Account, etc. Who would think to look under Manage Profile??
Ok, that's my rant and hopefully, it helps someone out!

Absolutely unacceptable. This show that this company knows absolutely nothing about basic cyber security. Sharing user names and passwords is just asking to get hacked.

I just bought this system and while I did see this potentially wasn't available as mentioned here it is absolutely ridiculous to not have such a basic feature. Like when you think of security you think ok this is going to protect business and homes. Homes have families. They have spouses LOL.
