"Your Base Station may have trouble communicating with your devices"
At 0143 last night we received that text, followed by (the same minute), "Your Base Station is communicating normally with your devices". That identical pair of messages repeated the next minute.
The Base Station woke us up at that time with an audible message announcing, "wireless interference detected".
The keypad this morning read, "Signal interference detected. Please call customer service."
Given that we've had less than optimal experiences trying to call SimpliSafe, can anyone tell us what is going on and what we should do? The system seems to be working fine now.

Somehow it appears that the system has gotten a wireless interference or some sort of signal that was Interfering with the base station. Just need to find out what caused it. It could be a baby monitor, someone's garage door opener the list can keep going. I would try and relocate the base station to another place and see if that will help or just keep an eye open and see if it happens again. We had it happen a few years ago and never has happened again but we found out my next door neighbor was doing some stuff this house and he is a need and he has all kinds of wireless devices and fancy internet with all his computers and electronics but so far has not happened again.

It's (so far) only happened one time, but kinda weird that it was the middle of the night.

@largedoggie it sounds like your Base Station detected some wireless interference between it and your SimpliSafe sensors. Generally, this is caused by electronics/appliances in the home that broadcast at a similar frequency as SimpliSafe devices.
These would be simpler devices, something like a ham radio, remote car starter, garage door opener, or wireless weather stations. Wireless interference could also be caused by construction sites, or is your house is close to a police station/airport.
This issue will generally resolve itself on its own; but if you continue to receive these notifications, it can help to scan the area around your Base Station to look for any of the wireless devices listed above. If there is a wireless device near the Base Station, we would recommend moving it, or the Base Station, to a new area.
