Siren entry chimes
I use to be able to adjust the siren(s) for volume level on the entry sensor chimes. Now when I go in the app the adjustments are not there. It's just a name for the siren. I have 3 and they all show the same. I deleted the app and reinstalled but this didn't help. Any ideas how to adjust them?

Hi krdavis03,
There are two separate places where you'd find the Entry Sensor Chime volume.
For the Chime that comes from the Base Station, it would be under Menu > Settings > General Settings > Entry Sensor Chime.
For the Wireless Siren, it would be under Settings > Device Settings > [your siren] > Door Chime. This setting applies for each individual Wireless Siren in your system.
But you're saying that you're only seeing the top of the Siren settings page, where you can give it a nickname? If you like, you can post a screenshot here so we can see what you're seeing.

I was able to adjust the siren settings through the Simplisafe website but for some reason I no longer have the ability to do so within the app. I have 3 sirens. I will screenshot 1 to show how in looks in the app. All 3 sirens look the same in the app, just a different name.
