Sensors Disappeared from System
Every installed sensor except for the Keypad disappeared! Obviously I can reinstall them, but am wondering how it might have happened!

We've seen a few cases of these so we'll be tracking and reporting them to our engineering team.
Meanwhile, we don't really trust that your Base Station is still okay. Please give us a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll get you a replacement ASAP!

My unit wasn’t talking to my base. I’ve spent 1 hour 40 minutes with tech support. Once they reset the base, all of my sensors disappeared from my devices. They are telling me that I have to re-add each and every sensor to the system. This will take forever! Why is this necessary - we’ve had this system for over a year and the previous owner of the home had it for 3 years. When we bought the house, all of the sensors automatically transferred. Now they’ve just vanished? This in itself feels like a security breach - very concerning for a security system company.

Same thing just happened to me my front door sensor along with my two glass brake detectors through temperature detectors and two water detectors and one camera all just disappeared completely off the system. It doesn’t even even show they were removed.
