i've called customer service and remained on the line for 45 minutes - twice! first time I was disconnected after 20 minutes so I called back and still no results. I've looked online for the particular part I need and can't see it anywhere on your site. I'm being forced to waste to much of my valuable time just to getting what should be a simple operation
@choup2 Sounds like they are slammed but that is no excuse. Can you try chat support? What questions to you have? Possibly I or someone in the community can assist.
