Entry Sensor Placement
I've got a door frame that I'm adding an entry sensor to. The door sits back and then has molding as well. The gap is less then 2", but the molding is not flat on an even plane with the sensor. Is it okay to install it like in the attached image?

From the photo, it looks like this should be fine. Before mounting, it would be recommended to add the sensor to your system, then test it in this location. You should see the sensor notate that it's closed on the SimpliSafe app under My System > Device Settings. Just make sure that your system is disarmed while going through this process.
