Door Sensors don't work on recessed doors.

The system does not work on recessed doors. I sent photos to Simplisafe and they said that the system will not work on our doors. We moved into a new house and are now beyond the 60 day return window. This is dishonest and deceptive marketing from Simplisafe that its system won't work on recessed doors - which are not uncommon, especially in older homes. Customer service has been very unhelpful and hard to work with. I am unimpressed by Simplisafe. Won't recommend to anyone.
