Do ceiling fans interfere with the motion sensors?

I live in Texas and the ceiling fans stay on throughout the summer months.  I have dogs over 30 pounds so I can't place them too low.  Will this interfere with the motion sensors?

The motion sensors are actually "change in heat" sensors, so maybe, maybe not.  Best to try it for a good while with the sensors set to "secret alert" to see if you get any false alarms from the dogs or the fans.
