During the onboarding process of your Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Security Camera, you’ll have the option to enable 24/7 live guard protection as a subscriber to the Fast Protect™ monitoring plan (formerly Interactive Monitoring). This feature is optional, but when paired with Video Verification helps to maximize your professional monitoring coverage throughout your home.

If you wish to enable this feature, or if at some point you wish to turn it off, you can do so at any time from within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App.

1. Choose Cameras from the bottom navigation menu

2. Select the gear icon for Camera Settings in the upper right corner of the app

3. At the bottom of this page, you’ll see ‘Live Guard Protection’ with the option to toggle this on or off
