During the onboarding process of your Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Security Camera, you’ll have the option to enable 24/7 live guard protection as a subscriber to the Fast Protect™ monitoring plan. This feature is optional, but when paired with Video Verification helps to maximize your professional monitoring coverage throughout your home.

If you wish to enable this feature, or if at some point you wish to turn it off, you can do so at any time from within the SimpliSafe Mobile App.

1. Go to the three-bar menu at the top left corner of the screen

2. Select My System

3. Choose Camera Settings

4. At the bottom of this page, you’ll see ‘Live Guard Protection’ with the option to toggle this on or off
