When is my bill is due? Can I change this?

​SimpliSafe’s alarm monitoring plans build three days of testing into each subscription after activation - a time period known as “Practice Mode.” After Practice Mode ends, ​​users will be charged on the day of the month that they activated​​ on each month for the following month.​

​The exact date the bill is due ​​may vary during shorter months​​ over the course of the year (For example: If your first billing date was the 4th, your bills will be due on the 4th of each month; if your billing date falls on the 29th–31st, you will be charged on that day ​​or the last day of the month during shorter months​​).​
