When is my bill is due? Can I change this?

SimpliSafe’s alarm monitoring plans build three days of testing into each subscription after activation - a time period known as “Practice Mode.” After Practice Mode ends, users will be charged on the day of the month that they activated on each month for the following month.

The exact date the bill is due may vary during shorter months over the course of the year (For example: If your first billing date was the 4th, your bills will be due on the 4th of each month; if your billing date falls on the 29th–31st, you will be charged on that day or the last day of the month during shorter months).
