SimpliSafe. I am having the same issues, can’t connect to the WiFi at all. I’ve have done all your reset instructions like you’ve suggested but nothing works. Funny when I stopped paying for the premium, all of a sudden everything stopped working! Can’t use the system at all. Can you help please
