How Do I Cancel my Monitoring?

Been with SimpliSafe for a while and just never felt secure. I'm going another way and want to cancel my monitoring.  What is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to get this done in a timely manner?

Been with SimpliSafe for a while and just never felt secure. I'm going another way and want to cancel my monitoring.  What is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to get this done in a timely manner?

It's a ridiculous process. You first call customer service and get a guy that sounds drunk, then after confirming your account they transfer you to another person who has to re-verify your account and then you cancel.  You have to read out your
