I love my system. Recently when arming the system to leave, I get a prompt telling me warning back door sensor open. The door is closed & locked & the sensors seem to be aligned properly. Any ideas? Thanks

Possibilities as I see them: 1) your back door is pretty far from the base station and right on the edge of its range of communication. 2) the battery is getting low and (see #1). 3) You have an entry sensor on the door and on the screen door,
