Unable to update simplysafe

I am trying to to update my smartlock but it's showing as error when it tries to connect to my Bluetooth. I chatted with someone and after a very long time he told me he updated it for me and to disregard the update alert. I asked if I could get help in fixing the issue with connecting to my Bluetoo

@captain11​ that's exactly what I said. I have tried all of those. When I tried connecting to the Bluetooth it gives me an error.
