I have used Simplisafe for 6 years. Good concept and implmentation. We're in our upper 70's and enjoy security. I'am an engineer and have a master's degree in computer science. The biggest mistake I've seen was the need to put a pushbutton on the outdoor security cameras. I mentioned this issue for older customers. I see you finally resolved this with your new camera. I had filed a complaint with support, and only a good run company would investigate the issue. Thanks
