Nothing shows up in timeline?

Just setup new system yesterday, everything was working. Now nothing shows up in the timeline when a door is opened or motion is detected.  Still hear the chime in the base station but timeline is blank.

I’m having a similar issue. The front door active is not showing up in my timeline in off mode. However, my backdoor is showing up I off mode.  My timeline shows when I disarm my system to exit, it does not show the front door open piece, but i
