Video doorbell camera not working properly

My video doorbell camera has issues when motion is detected - I get a notice that no video was recorded. Then when I click on the live video it is unable to connect. I have been having these issues consistently with our video doorbell camera for months and have gone through all the suggested steps

Every single time I have had this message I have done a connection check and have had nothing but “good” conditions with full bars for both WiFi signal strength and upload speed.
