Hello, I ordered 2 outdoor cameras. The tracking has stalled and my order is late. Please help

Having gone through this myself here are my takeaways.   The estimated shpping time (5-7 business days) starts when the order ships not when you place the order.  If they take a few days to process it you have to add that on.
