When I opened the Simplisafe app this morning it had forgotten all of my settings and was asking to set up a new base station. I went through the whole setup again but when I get to the last step which asks to enter master pin it just says "check internet connection". I have tried through the

@richard_81eshk​ I canceled my subscription today and it erased my system. Trying to set it up again and running into the PIN issue. So close to throwing mine in the trash too.

No, I ended up throwing away my simplisafe system and buying something else.

I just bought a new SimpliSafe system and am attempting to set it up. I have the 1080p camera up and running with the app without a problem. However, whenever I try to connect the base station, I make it all the way to the "payment' section of the process before it just says "check internet connecti

First, where are all of the comments in this community? I found multiple posts for my issues and they indicate there are several comments, but not a single response is shown on any of the posts I view. Today I canceled my subscription. Unfortunately this caused my app to forget I have a system. W
