I'm really ready to ditch this alarm system. The more I realize what my needs are the more I realize SimpliSafe 'simpli' doesn't provide a complete home alarm system! This is a basic function of an alarm system and to not be able to look at a history

Agree and very frustrated. Looking into replacing the whole system with Ring.

I guess SimpliSafe is just taking our money and not listening. I'm ready to put the whole thing in the garbage, now they're raising rates as well! I guess Ring is the way to go.

I am one step away of canceling SimpliSafe and going with Ring. They clearly don't care and are not addressing this issue.

Camera record time should have options.. much like how long you want your siren to go off or how much time you have to leave/enter when alarm active. By the time the camera picks up some movement it's useless because it's switching off. They do need
