One of my glass break sensors starting reporting a low battery. I replaced the battery with a fresh new one. After a day or so it started saying the battery was low again. I removed the sensor from my system, reset the sensor and added it back. Again, after a day or so it was saying low battery agai

The video in my Outdoor Camera has a red tint that I can't get rid of. I've tried pulling the battery out for a few minutes a couple times. I even removed the camera and set it up again. It has happened before and removing the battery for a couple minutes usually fixed it. The signal strength is fi

I did the reset like the instructions said and there is still some red tint. I tried wiping the lens with isopropyl alcohol but that didn't change anything. Could you please forward to the engineering team? Thank you
