Hello @creekwisher, If the Solar Panel's cord that plugs into the Outdoor Camera wasn't secure, that could cause it to stop charging your camera. However, if its connection is secure then I agree with Captain11 and we may need to replace that camer

@creekwisher 73 and climbing ladders? I went AC power on my two outdoor cameras and no issues, but you are much braver than I. Suggest you call SS and ask them to replace it under warranty and then hire someone to replace it.   If you are

It’s clear from reading here that this is a widespread issue and no solution has been found for months. This camera was the reason I got this service. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Please send out communication on this matter to your custome

Installed solar panel in May 23. I live in FL so plenty of sun exposure. Last week system shut down that camera for low battery. Climbed ladder (73yr old widow, reason I purchased panel) battery wouldn’t recharge, so plugged directly into outlet. What could be issue here? Solar panel, camera batter

Just installed the outdoor camera. Installed it over my garage facing the front yard. Fully charged new battery lasted 5 days before completely drained. Terrible, I am very disappointed.

The outdoor camera battery is advertised as "Lasts up to 3-6 months before it needs a recharge." with the caveat, "Battery life may vary depending on usage, placement and settings." I bought my camera in mid-July 2022 and I've replaced the battery 3 times since then (now mid-October 2022, 3 months).
