Apple watch app not working

For weeks now, my Apple watch app has been working fine for arming and disarming my new Gen 3 system, now it stopped working. I get the message "Current location does not have a security system installed". Well, there is one, I can even see it right now, and the Iphone and the web app connect just f

I don't think it's a frequency-of-use issue. I use my Simplisafe app every day, at least twice a day (sometimes more). The watch app works maybe 5% of the time. The rest of time, it hangs on refresh.

Same issue here. Endless refreshing with no functionality. Deleting the Watch app and reinstalling works for a while, then it's back to endless refreshing. How can it take 2 years to fix this?
