Sleepy, pissed off as hell, woke up in the wee hours by the damned camera not connecting and causing base to wake me up chiming incessantly, and when trying to find info to how to fix it then the damned simplisafe website will not show me the privacy policy I'm agreeing to before I sign up...UNTIL I ALREADY SIGN UP!!! FORCING ME TO SIGN UP WITHOUT KNOWING AT ALL WHAT I AM AGREEING TO! F##KING STUPID! IS THIS ENOUGH "ABOUT ME" FOR YOU??? 🤬

The more you can do through the app the better. I assume by the time I get back to my house half of the sensors will be offline. Considering the problems I have had this year. I didn’t have any problems at all for the first 2 years. Since going to th

​I came home tonight and my entire SimpliSafe System is wiped out. All sensors gone and my base station is glowing white. ​ Called support and all they told me to do is basically reconfigure the system from scratch. I have a ton of sensors and cameras. We are talking hours and hours of work.&n

I am a new user and also was suggested by SS support to reset my base station several times. Definitely, they need to provide a way to do so via the app instead of removing a screw from the base and removing the battery.

Since the base is connected to the main office by a cell connection, there should be no reaso it can't get a signal to reboot!

@davey_d​ Just to add to you data points: The "outage", as described, happens whether the client seeking the stream is a cell phone or computer on the local LAN. WiFi or hardwired. If you're blaming ANY connectivity locally, you are mistaken. I
