Thanks for responding! It IS a single cylinder-- all three have been. But they've all been Kwikset. I wonder if Schlage would be any different... running out of patience, though. Not sure I have it in me to try a FOURTH deadbolt. ;-(

The simplisafe smartlock is not compatible with our single cylinder Kwikset deadbolt because the deadbolt and screws are on different planes. Has anyone figured out how to fix this problem without installing a new lock which defeats the purpose of the easy to install and use smartlock? Why has s

can someone please address this? I have the same issue and I'm about to switch systems. between this and not having g a wireless doorbell there might be better options

So is the doorbell actually wireless or does it need to have a power supply? Description says there needs to be an existing doorbell set-up for it to work...In this day and age, it seems that this should not need an existing supply for it to work.....

@davey_d​ SimpliSafe seriously needs to work on getting a wireless doorbell, if not I may need to switch my service
