I didn't see a search option on here so I am asking this question that has probably been asked before. Will my 16v 10va transformer work with the SimpliSafe Video Door bell pro? Just want to have all the information before I add the video doorbell. Thanks

So is simpli safe officially recommending a a 16V-30VA transformer be installed? Installed a wired simpli safe doorbell camera and it fried my existing transformer and chime. What transformer does your company recommend to work with your doorbell cam
