I found where there was a similar post last year, but no resolution or advice was offered. My doorbell pro will sometimes send an alert to my phone app saying battery voltage below 30%... it doesn't have a battery, right? It is hardwired to the old doorbell. Once I get this, it goes off

My SS doorbell gave the same 30% alert as others have reported. It came with a rechargable battery with a small USB port visible on the back of the half removed from the mounting. Tok about 6 hours to charge.
