I will turn off Internet...will Simpli Safe still work?

I have used Simpli Safe for well over 10 years. I just upgraded to an all new system. My original and the original Simpli Safe systems only worked via TEXT MESSAGING and that worked great. I could monitor it and I could turn it on and off with my app. NOW, the new system, buight Aug 2024, looks lik
