As a security system this should be alive ALL the time. It has way too many errors, and I have to reset this or reconfigure that constantly. Just a little irritated and frustrated. 10 pm on a Monday, we are watching TV. Simplisafe says something (I couldn't hear it exactly). Now the light is on a

I talked with a tech. We rebooted it and it's gone into a loop and not connecting. It's trying to connect to the sensors, keypad, SS servers, etc all at the same time .i.e it's door stop. They are sending a new base station, no charge and creditin

I get a notice on my phone that my system has lost network connection. However, every other device on the network is fine and the speed test is normal. The cameras are dead, the system has no response, but the keypad works. Long story short. I got on chat and tried to reset the network setting via
Sure it may or may not work if the WiFi is down, but what caused it to drop the WiFi? That's really the question. The whole thing is completely unreliable and I'm constantly having to reset this or that.
