Brand new SimpliSafe user here, having a first night issue: How can I avoid getting a foggy image from my outdoor cam at night/early morning? RING camera in same spot is clear.

I am having the same foggy image issue. No rhyme nor reason. It happens intermittently on sunny dry days, rainy days, humid nights or dry nights. I wanted to love the system but it’s not working out that way ☹️
