I can’t get notifications / alerts on my iphone (11, latest IOS). App is installed All settings are correct in the ‘push notifications” as far as I can tell, and critical notifications also allowed. The events appear in the timeline, but no alerts on the phone Ive checked the phone settings under

@emily_s​ yeh, tried that - no difference. Strange this is the same on three different mobiles. Ill try support Thanks

​Just bought the system and installing now. Downloaded the app as suggested. I don’t want a paid plan. This page suggests I should click “decline free trial” but that option is not available ​ ​https://support.simplisafe.com/articles/app-support/how-to-activate-app-control/6344785f8e3e4c348d43ebd

Solved. There is more functionality. The “decline free trial” option was missing in all apps. I called support (to activate a paid plan) but told them I did not want the paid plan, just the free version. They advised me - eventually - to add a ‘ghos
