Android app, 3 locations, camera and doorbell. Can access push notification page on 2 locations. On 3rd receive error when opening page, "There was an error. Please try again later". Exhausted 1st level support and told escalated but receive no callback or transfer to this level. Any ideas?

Have an issue. Worked with 1st level support, ateast 10 different experts, told that my issue has been escalated twice. Never received call back next level.  Question: is there really a 2nd level and if so, how do you access them?
