Keep in mind, that if an entry sensor goes off, that is considered an "emergency" which could result in police dispatch.

Due to a recent attic fire in our neighborhood, I am looking for a heat detector ( not smoke alarm) for unfinished attic. Does SimpliSafe have such a monitoring device or can someone recommend one that will integrate with my SimpliSafe system? ADT offers such a product.

@ johnm55 good suggestion, one that I never thought I would need, your needs case is a good one. SS has a very long feature request list (wish there was a Customer Resource Center so I could see a list of what was requested and status of each,,,HO H

I would like to see an option in the device settings for freeze sensors to allow the user to select either "secret alert" or "alarm" when the sensor is triggered. As it stands now, if the temperature at the sensor is outside the allowed range, an "always on" alarm is automatically triggered and mon

I like to get an outdoor temperature sensor to monitor outdoor temps with the SimpliSafe system. The current temperature sensor is not "weather proof" and I don't want an alarm if the temperature drops below 41.

It would be great to have an outdoor or weatherproof temp sensor for things like my greenhouse or storage shed where I could be notified if the temperatures got to low or too high.

I've just upgraded my whole system to Gen3 and have a problem with multiple Temp/Freeze sensors - they all say they are in alarm at 73F. I have them set to alarm at below 35F or above 127F.  I have removed the sensors from the system and reinstalled them, I have removed the batteries and re
