Why are some of my batteries dying after only a few days of use? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. My system arrived Thursday night and I installed it. The app didn't work to turn the light off on the base station.  Then on Friday I received the first low battery warning.  Customer service walked me through resetting it and had me
