I have outdoor cameras 4 on my SimpliSafe system. Have all set in the night vision mode with spotlight. During winter months I turn down the spotlight intensely setting from high to low to conserve battery life as charging & battery efficiency decline then Went into spotlight mode & there was no longer an intensity mode adjusting there. What gives. Spoke on the chat line reset router, put new version of Apple SimpliSafe safe app. On phone, reset phone all app’s & software current. Any ideas??
