I love my system. Recently when arming the system to leave, I get a prompt telling me warning back door sensor open. The door is closed & locked & the sensors seem to be aligned properly. Any ideas? Thanks

I have the same issue with my back door sensor. Works OK for a few days, then shows open all the time for a couple of days then all OK again and so on. The sensor chimes when the door is opened even if the system is showing that the door is open. A

I have the same issue. The only solution I can see is to turn off the notifications when I am at home and turn them back on again when I set the alarm to away. Not a very elegant solution. There should be an option to stop notifications when in off
