Blue battery icon

I have two outdoor cameras both with solar panels. On the camera settings portion of my app it shows one being a black battery with the lightning bolt indicating charging and the other just shows a solid blue. What does the solid blue icon mean?

Hello. I have my outdoor camera connected to the solar panel for charging. Should I be seeing some kind of indication that the battery is actually getting charged? thx

Why is the battery icon for my outdoor camera (with solar panel) displayed in blue in camera settings?
