I had the same issue but I turned off night vision and it went away.

@davey_d​ yeah I’m currently dealing with that right now. Previous update it fixed the issue but the new one is causing the issue again. Even turning off motion detection/ notifications it still triggers a motion detection/notifications

It seems after the latest update for the door lock the lock jams after autolocking. You have to fight the door lock, when unlocking manually, to get it back into the 'open' position. Not sure if it has something to do with the update or having to calibrate it after, but it worked fine before the upd

@theroutsaz​ is this just completely dead? Battery replacement? I found a fix to my issue I had by replacing batteries/color tab insert/and resetting the base station.

Is integration between SimpliSafe and smart thermostats a current feature?I'm looking for information on how to set the thermostat's temperature based on the Home/Away/OFF status of the SimpliSafe.I did this once before when SimpliSafe offered Nest integration, and it ran like that for years. Saw Google HomeAlexa App has a option to have your cell phone determine if you’re home/away. That would turn on/off whatever settings you set up.

Can SimpliSafe work with other smart devices. For example, turn on the lights when I open the front door? Or remind me to close the garage door if it's been open for 5+ minutes?

Alexa has a option to create a routine. Creating a name or saying to Alexa that involves SS + whatever smart lights or settings to link with that routine name.
