There is a known issue with the Apple Watch app, that causes it to be unable to get past the loading screen unless the SimpliSafe app is already open on your phone. This issue should be resolved, and should no longer be an issue as of more recent versions of the SimpliSafe app for iOS.  

One problem that has started happening again (which causes the watch issue), is that the Simplisafe app on the phone has started to randomly log itself out. If the app on the phone has been logged out, the watch app is useless.  I have had to s

That is certainly NOT the issue here. On a given day, with the app never closed, the watch will only work about 60% of the time.  The watch never gives me an indication that it is not going to work.  It opens, updates for current state, al

Same issue here. App is open on the phone (though not the current screen).  Watch sticks on refresh.  I have to get the phone out, poull up the Simplisafe screen and disarm from there.  I get a notification.  Then about 30 second
