Is there any way to have multiple log-ins to the same account? If not, is there a way to send suggestions to SimpliSafe engineers?

But answer me this? Do SS devs / mods have the bandwidth to remove the "In Development" status on this thread since it obviously isn't? And on that note, I'm off to unsubscribe from this thread since its gotten way beyond being repetitive.

@captain11​ Coming from an IT environment, "do not share login credentials" is the #1 rule. If one is out of state for whatever reason and wants to have someone house sit, are we to give them our login credentials to the app? What about the individu

@miked8​ But don't promise something and not deliver. If you're not going to develop it, just come out and say so. Don't say that it's in development for 5+ years.

And you guys think that SS actually cares. Looks like even the mods don't address / lie about this issue anymore.

Prior to SS I had ADT and they never raised my rates. Raise rates while not giving your customers what they want. Functionality that was promised in spring 2024 still has not appeared. Higher ups (or their staff) at SS don't respond to emails. Way

Oh, and now you are increasing your monthly monitoring rate. Not a good move right now at all as you can't even provide a necessary feature for multi login for the ability to audit who did what with or on the system.  You just lost even more cu
