As the title states, system just spins endlessly never finding any WiFi nearby. Base station is like 15 feet away from the router.

My system was wiped yesterday( all sensors/ camera removed) spent some time with CS and they could not figure how to fix this, Found this thread this morning and the running without battery got me connected back to wifi and now I can add my other dev

Just had the same exact problem. New customer as well and must say, kinda disheartening to run into a breaking issue right out the gate.  Luckily, I work in IT and a tech savvy so was able to do some googling and found this thread.  I was

Hi folks, I’m happy to announce that the latest Outdoor Camera firmware is now rolling out. As always, camera updates are delivered to your device automatically, and you can check if you already have it by heading to the Camera Settings section of the SimpliSafe app. Here’s what’s coming to you

still waiting on this update! Meanwhile but camera has been switching to offline the minute it gets dark here. And will resume to work everyday around d 650 ish am

Our SimpliSafe app for our iPhones keeps logging us off at the most random times. Is there a fix to this? We have to keep logging in and getting the two factor code we set up.

Ok, so I have gone around and around with this with support on a few calls so thought I would ask it here. Do the Outdoor Cams NEED to be able to talk to the BASE after being set up and connected to Wi-Fi to work? I ask, for I can setup a camera just fine, and it works (well, "Works" is not 10

What I see What I see every 3 minutes I have changed the battery, unmounted remove from app and re added camera still same issue

Any updates on this issue, my outdoor camera still isn’t working, I’m waking up with 100 or more notifications of completely nothing but no videos.

@tarunpatel99​ I’ve had the same issue. When I come home at night or if it detects any motion at night, the camera would keep sending me notifications every 3 minutes.
